Pollen is the most beneficial part of honey. We add spring New England pollen to our Wilds Honey, then churn it for a small crystal structure that feels velvety. A nutritious, earthy-bitter-sweet treat that’s like nothing else! A spoonful a day may keep the spring sneezes at bay. Use wherever a sweet, earthy bitterness may heighten flavor—tea, sandwiches, charcuterie, and beyond! Pollen is an allergen—consult a medical professional.
Key Ingredients and Benefits:

What is Wild?
What is Wild?
For you, wild honey is raw Southern New England honey. We do not filter our honey to remove pollen, the best part. We add southern New England spring pollens and churn the honey into a velvety solid. For the bees, we follow the wisdom of the hive, not industrial agricultural dictates. Es no bueno. www.dhb.buzz

This is a glass jar with a tin lid. Both are safe, recyclable or reusable. We designed the lid to fit. It doesn’t need a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) seal. PVC volatile gasses are stinky and harmful. Who wants PVC holding their food?!? CoalitionForBetterOutcomes.com

The best honey we have ever tasted. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed guaranteed.
Thank you, Patrick. It contains pollen from bees you may know. We're both grateful.
Definitely glad I tried this--it's like a butter spread, but it's honey! Great taste and texture, and I enjoy trying it with different foods such as crackers, bagels, and even ice cream. Very natural and delicious. a terrific choice.
Thomas! Thank you for your kind words. I will pass them onto the bees. This may get me out of a sting or two. Gracias!
Love this honey! (And all of them actually), but this especially. We love it with pretzels or spread on other crackers. It’s a great addition to a cheese board and I love giving it to my kids since it’s filled with botanical goodness 😀
Full disclosure: Kaitlin is wonderful. She has only good things to say. That said, we're grateful to hear you and your fam love it. The pollen comes from your land.
p.s. keep that boy in line...
